County Club FAQ
How is tier status calculated?
Tier status is based on qualifying points earned during a rolling 12-month period. Bonus and promotional points do not count toward tier qualification unless stated otherwise. Once unlocked, a tier remains active for 12 months.
Do I lose tier progress when I redeem points?
No. Redeeming reward points does not reduce tier progress. Tier points and your redeemable reward balance are tracked separately.
When do points expire?
Redeemable points expire after 12 months of account inactivity. Points have no cash value and cannot be sold, shared or transferred.
Can rewards be combined?
Points cannot be combined with the birthday reward or another percentage discount. Additional exclusions and minimum-pricing requirements may apply.
What happens when an item is returned?
Points associated with returned products, including applicable promotional points, will be removed from the account.
Who can join?
The County Club is available to adults 21 and older. Enrollment is limited to one account per person and valid government-issued identification is required.
Program terms: Points are earned on the pre-tax, post-discount subtotal of eligible purchases. A minimum of 100 points is required for redemption, with a maximum redemption of 1,000 points per transaction. Rewards cannot be applied to previous purchases and points are not earned on the portion paid with rewards. Product and promotion exclusions may apply. All rewards remain subject to New York market-value and tax requirements. Orange County Cannabis Co. may modify or discontinue the program in accordance with applicable law.
